- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Writing up monthly reports for the manager.
- Continuously oversee employee engagement and develop new ways of managing staff retention
- Preparing the Attendance report of the employees

- Writing up job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies.
- HR Budgeting, Short/long-term planning
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the selection process.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Managing Staff orientation, evaluation and introduction of the organization.
- Training, counselling, and coaching of the staff as per UAE labor laws.
- Proper filling of each employee’s file and when is the validity/expiration of the documents (Passport, Visa, Emirates ID, Health Insurance)
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
