  • Writing up monthly reports for the manager.
  • Continuously oversee employee engagement and develop new ways of managing staff retention
  • Preparing the Attendance report of the employees

  • Writing up job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies.
  • HR Budgeting, Short/long-term planning
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the selection process.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Managing Staff orientation, evaluation and introduction of the organization.
  • Training, counselling, and coaching of the staff as per UAE labor laws.
  • Proper filling of each employee’s file and when is the validity/expiration of the documents (Passport, Visa, Emirates ID, Health Insurance)
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
